Chesy has advised foreign companies in China since 2010 in the areas of trademark and patent applications in China and Europe, actions against trademark and patent infringements as well as drafting of trademark, patent and technology licence agreement. Chesy also has conducted intellectual property due diligences in numerous M&A and IPO projects.
Chesy has studied at Tongji University, People’s Republic of China and acquired an LL.M. from Renmin University, People’s Republic of China. Chesy passed the bar exam and qualification for admission to the Chinese Bar. Chesy speaks Chinese (Mandarin), German, English and Shanghai dialect.
