Angela Feng is an associate at CMS Shanghai office with over 4 years’ legal experience. She obtained her LL.B. from University of Fudan and then worked with the Shanghai Office of an international law firm before joining CMS, China in January 2012. She passed PRC Bar Exam in 2009.
Angela has extensive experience in corporate matters, such as M&As, FDIs, contract drafting, identifying and analyzing legal risks, conducting research and negotiations for local and foreign clients. In addition, she is also familiar with general commercial matters such as employment and incorporation.
Angela speaks Chinese (Mandarin), English and Shanghai dialect.
