Colin Liu has more than 10 years experience in advising clients on cases relating to M&A, merger control and intellectual property.
Colin studied law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and acquired an LL.M. from East China University of Politics and Law, Shanghai, People's Republic of China. In 2007 he worked 6 months in the CMS Stuttgart Office on cross-boarder issues and merger control cases.
